RETURNS There may be times when you need to return faulty or unwanted products. Our normal returns period is 7 days from when you receive the goods. We will refund or exchange unwanted or faulty products providing reasonable care has been taken of the goods. If you wish to return any goods or report any faults, please call 01255 479864 within 7 working days after the date of delivery to obtain an RMA returns number and details of how to return your products. They should be returned in their original packing. No returns can be accepted without an RMA number or after the specified period. The customer is expected to pay the return postage costs. If the product has not been returned to us in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item. Our products should arrive in excellent condition. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, we will refund or exchange the product as appropriate and also refund the return postage. After the 7 day period faulty goods can be replaced in accordance with any warranty provided by the manufacturer. Any goods returned are the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by a registered or recorded method. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGE Unless stated otherwise we charge a standard rate shipping and handling charge of £6.95 to enable us to provide the best possible delivery service and proof of delivery. We use either the Royal Mail or Courier to make sure your purchases arrive safely. |
